Complaints procedure

We make every effort to give the best service possible. However, we are aware that sometimes things can go wrong, with the result that at some point, you may have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would like the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the practice in any way, please contact the Practice Manager in writing, giving details of your complaint. We will do our best to answer your complaint as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our complaints procedure and process you can contact the General Dental Council (GDC). There are different ways of doing this which depend on issues such as whether your care was provided under the NHS or privately. You can find out more information here.
